Ktown Night Market Coming Easter Weekend 2014

One of my favorite things is going to one place and being able to try a lot of different kinds of food, kind of like a parking lot tasting menu.  One of the things that I love is the Night Market concept.  It's more of a relaxed market place where street food is featured.  And since I don't get to Asia much, I do enjoy the Night Markets in Southern California.

The Inaugural KTown Night Market will be held this Friday and Saturday (4/18 & 4/19) at the Robert F. Kennedy Community Schools.  If you're old skool like me, you know the property as the Ambassador Hotel on Wilshire Blvd.  If you're much older than me, you might remember the Cocoanut Grove, where the 1939 Academy Awards Ceremony was held...way way before my time.  On June 5, 1968, it was also the site of Robert F. Kennedy's assassination, which the community schools are named after.  Regardless of if you're a history buff or not, it's a historic site in Los Angeles.   Get directions HERE

One thing that I do know, the organizers of KTown Night Market have assembled an All Star  Food Line Up, including the Seoul Sausage Company (winner of Food TV's Great Food Truck Race - Season 3), Grill'Em All (winner of The Great Food Truck Race - Season 1), The Lime Truck, Cool Haus, and many other food trucks and food vendors.

Here's what I'm looking forward to...
