Sometimes I take it for granted and have to explain that meat on a grill is grilling and not BBQ. In October 2015, my first stop in Austin    Franklin Barbecue Bucket list item... With friends, we arrived at 9:15 am. They open at 11 am. We ate by 1 pm or so. They were SOLD OUT by 1:30 pm. And they do this everyday, except Mondays.  Why do they show up and wait? The 120 Tacos You Must Eat Before You Die (according to the Texas Monthly)  The current cover  of Texas Monthly caught my eye, TACOS! On this Taco Tuesday, I thought to take a sneak peak at the list... Having traveled to Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston, I can honestly say I haven't been to any of these taco places... (they're on the list now) BUT, on my trip to Austin last month, I did go to Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ Valentina's Tex Mex BBQ in Austin, TX can be found in a gas station parking lot.
