Hawai'i Food and Wine Festival 2012

One of my friends reminded me that it's Hawai'i Food and Wine Festival time again, the premier epicurean event of the year that I attend each year. OK, so this will be the Second Annual...
This festival is co-founded by Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong, both James Beard Award-winning chefs, and features over 50 internationally-renowed master chefs, culinary personalities, and wine and spirit producers. The focus isn't just the incredible dishes created for this festival, but to share the local produce, meats and seafood. It's amazing to see what's created when chefs and farmers get together...
