June 22nd is National Chocolate Eclair Day! I was at the bakery last week and overheard someone say, "What's an eclair? A donut, right?" An eclair is an oblong shaped dough filled pastry filled with cream and topped with icing. It's usually filled with pastry cream, custard, or whipped cream.
