A Food Spectacular at the Kā‘anapali Beach Resort
If you follow me, you know that my family is from Maui. It has always been a special place as my dad was born in Lahaina. Did I mention Maui is also a beautiful place? One of my favorite Maui restaurants was Mark Ellman's Avalon in Lahaina, Chef Ellman is one of the founders of the Hawaii Regional Cuisine.
