Psst. Do You Want to Know a Secret Supper Club? (New)

Image
Just outside of the gates of Universal Studios, lies a brand new secret supper club.
Located next door to the famous Larrabee Studios,  home of the world's top artists, producers and mixers, such as Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Madonna,  RollingStones, Lady Gaga, and Bruno Mars, just to name a few.

Behind this nondescript door, lies  INTRO Art Gallery & Chef's Table
What's INTRO you ask?

The space is part dining room and part art gallery.
The room opened in December 2016  and features different artists on a rotating basis.

Who's behind this hot new supper club and art gallery?
Photo by INTRO Rob C (Left) is one of the three masterminds of INTRO and was our host for the evening, along with  Executive Chef Paul Shoemaker (Right), a Michelin-starred chef.
Along with Manny Marroquin, owner and multi Grammy Award winning mixer/engineer of famed Larrabee Studios.

Our multi-course culinary adventure is about to begin.
Here's some of the highlights, dishes and menus will change

Okinawa Raw Sugar Sea Salt Nitro Latte (New) - SpireWorks®

If you follow me, you know I like the new SpireWorks® first store in Westwood.
Read my Westwood SpireWorks® post HERE

Now that their Eagle Rock location has opened, (Grand Opening on January 24, 2017) this one is a lot closer to me.
Which means,  I can come in just for one of my favorites, Nitro Brew Coffee.

What's Nitro Brewed Coffee?
It's coffee that has been infused with nitrogen gas. Nitro brewed coffee is creamier and a richer taste.   IMO, the acidity is lower and no need to add cream (if you like it that way).

Yup, SpireWorks® has Nitro Brewed Coffee, BUT, they've taken it up a notch.
