Maui Restaurant: Market Fresh Bistro
If you want good food, you go where it's produced, the farm! Market Fresh Bistro is located in Maui's Upcountry, within walking distance of where some of the food is grown. MFB is headed by Chef Justin Pardo, who's vision is to use all Maui grown ingredients. On this night, we were treated to a special multi-course tasting menu.
