My 8 Restaurant Day! Yes, you read that correctly. My last full day on Maui was an unbelievable day of food and meeting some incredible people. Each has a unique story and I look forward to meeting again. The night before, I did a double take at my schedule for the day, 8 restaurants in one day? If I can keep moving like a Southwest Airlines' schedule, I should be able to hit all 8 restaurants before the last place closes. I appreciated that each person was very accommodating in fitting me into their busy schedules. I enjoyed meeting and talking story with them.
