A Breakfast Taco Friday! In the Spring, I made tacos for the staff at a restaurant I was consulting. They liked them so much, they asked me to make tacos for them the following Friday too. Either that or they thought they could talk me into cooking for them... Thinking about those days, I made some for breakfast this morning. With some leftover chorizo, lettuce, and Jack cheese, that memory turned into breakfast. Trying to imagine what they would have been if I had leftover fried chicken??? Hawaii Food Adventure 2011 Day 3 I've been looking forward to this day for awhile now. Once my nieces see the pictures and video taken, they're going to be jealous. Because I met a celebrity today! At the Hilton Hawaiian Village Met some of the residents The times I've been here and didn't know they had penguins in paradise They have 8 African black-footed penguins at the resort But this wasn't what would make my nieces jealous But, THIS WOULD! Got to meet Icarus Hilton Up Close and Personal She's a 24 year old African black-footed penguin and the Star of the resort.
