Taqueria Tuesday - El Torito

Not just Taco Tuesday but
Taqueria Tuesday

 Did you know?
El Torito was one of the first to celebrate
Taco Tuesday over 40 years ago.

El Torito has raised the bar with
Taqueria Tuesday by adding
an in-restaurant taqueria
(at selected locations).

Other locations will still have Taco Tuesday
and taco specials.

You start with fresh made tortillas

Chorizo on the grill,
love the roasted onions.

If chorizo isn't your thing,
lots of other proteins to choose from.

The great thing is that diners can create
vegetarian tacos, especially with the famous
El Torito corn cakes as one of the options.
Just a suggestion...

The salsa bar has lots to choose from too...

When I arrived back at my table,
my margarita arrived.

The Black Diamond Margarita

As someone who skis, a "Black Diamond"
run is an "Advanced" run and
this margarita is no bunny slope drink.

Made with Patrón Rosa Silver, Hennessy and
a special blend of exotic citrus juices.

Here's the Bonus,
it comes with a side shaker
for two refills.
$14

Get this margarita before it goes away!

Papas Clients

Street fries tossed in jalapeño butter with Tajin,
cojita cheese and cilantro.

Don't you think it's time
for something sweet?
Sopapillas

Mexican pastry tossed in caramel sauce and topped
with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon whipped cream

It's refreshing that El Torito takes Taco Tuesday to
a new level with the in-restaurant taqueria.  I know
we all love creating our own versions of menu items
and tacos are no exception.  It's a fun dinner activity
for the entire family, OK maybe not the margaritas
for the kids.  Check the El Torito website for a
Taqueria Tuesday near you!

Thank You!
