#BRUNCHfast - Jack in the Box

I got an invitation to a Jack in the Box event
on a rooftop in the middle of the week at Ep & Lp.

Gotta checkout what Jack has in store for us...

The first thing you see is #BRUNCHFAST
when we checked in...

We reached the rooftop,
high above La Cienega Blvd in West Hollywood,
for the #BRUNCHfast announcement.

Besides being in a really nice space
with a great view on a beautiful day,
made the announcement even more special.

So True!

See What Jay Eats...

And now a word from our sponsor...

A Coffee Cocktail?

SURE,
Works for Me!

The Bacon & Egg Chicken Sandwich

Jack's homestyle crispy chicken fillet and topped
with a hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, bacon may,
and a freshly cracked fried egg on an English muffin.

WAIT, one minute!

This isn't the real size, is it?

Stay tuned...

The Big News of the Day!

Jack and his wife, Cricket,
are having a baby.

One of her craving has been
brunch and thus created
BRUNCHfast!

Look for the new TV commercials.

In order to celebrate the baby on the way
and the new BRUNCHfast announcement,
it was time for a Blood Orange Cocktail.

It was more of a Blood Orange Mimosa
and very good.
(Sorry, not available at the stores)

The Bacon & Egg Fried Chicken Sandwich
with cheese on an English Muffin.

I enjoyed this breakfast sandwich.

#BRUNCHfast Muffins

What's breakfast without pancakes?

The Southwest Scrambler Plate

with scrambled eggs with roasted peppers,
diced green chiles, and pepper jack cheese.
Served with homestyle potatoes and
hickory smoked bacon or sausage.

OK, this isn't the actual size of the
Bacon & Egg Chicken Sandwich.

It's an actual cake by Duff Goldman of
Charm City Cakes (Ace of Cakes) on TV.

It didn't look like a cake, the details were amazing
and a great celebratory piece for this huge
announcement.

Don't think this is just a fluff piece,
the cake was actually really good.

The Brunch Burger
with a juicy beef patty, a freshly cracked fried egg,
hickory smoked bacon, mayo, and American cheese
on a buttery croissant.

The highlight of the day,
I got to meet Mr. & Mrs. Box.

So with my goodies from the announcement
party, it was time to leave and go back to
the kitchen.

The Next Day...
I happened to be next door to a Jack in the Box,
the BRUNCHfast signs were up.
(at the Alhambra store anyway)

All of the BRUNCHfast items
are now available.

Signs already up on the building,
just like they said at the announcement.

If I wasn't going out to dinner,
I would've gone inside to order
this sandwich again!

Will be back for this one again!

Thank You Jack and Cricket
for the invitation to the Big Announcement!

Thank You!
