It's a Zankou Kinda Day!

Today was just one of those days...

Had to take care of a couple of issues, but didn't want to say,
"I told you so"

So, today's a Mediterranean food day...

I moved to the Valley about 20 years ago and remember my cousin inviting me to this chicken place with the good garlic spread. But, I really liked the chicken and have been a fan ever since. Love the chicken, hummus, and tahini. Especially on those tough days...
