Jay Eats Worldwide

In the Fall of 2011, I was on Maui for 3 days and went to Star Noodle 3 times.  BTW, I never go to the same place that many times, unless it's a client's restaurant and Star Noodle isn't a client.  Each time I went, the wait was longer than the time before, guess I'm not the only one who goes as much as I did.  I do have favorite restaurants on Maui, Star just happens to have one of the most imaginative menus in a casual atmosphere that I enjoy.      Not to mention a Star chef... A Star in Maui? Yes! Lahaina is a special place for me, that's where my family is from. For me, going to Maui is like going home. I had heard about Star Noodle from my Hawaii foodie friends and when @DaniaEdibleHI suggested that we go during my visit, I knew it was a good choice. The restaurant is located in an industrial area, so I knew it would be good food. Think about it, it's not about a Front Street location, it's in an out of the way place and people are talking about it. When I think of 'home', I think of good food. I usually don't visit the same restaurant again in the same week. But the 3 days I spent on Maui, I visited Star Noodle 3 times. Hmm... See What Jay Eats...
