Brooklyn - Ramen Shack
One of the things I wanted to do during my trip to NYC, was to head over to Brooklyn to Keizo Shimamoto's Ramen Shack . The Ramen Shack is currently at the Brooklyn Flea Smorgasburg in Sunset Park's Industry City on Saturday and Sundays. 11 am - 6 pm I've been to flea markets and they were like someone emptied out their garage. The Brooklyn Flea Smorgasbord had more antiques and lots of things that you could spend hours looking through. The Ramen Shack is on the food side of the 2nd floor. Since I didn't get a chance to try Keizo's ramen in Japan, this is the next best thing. Of course I had no idea which one to order, they all sound really good...
