Wines curated from North and South America
and each is offered by the glass.

Not sure which wine to order?

Ask Nathaniel Muñoz for a recommendation,
GM and Sommelier.

I sampled a Chilled Red from Chile,
Maitia Pipeño ‘Aupa’ Old Vines Maule

I would order this again!

Fried Smelt (Alaska)

Served with a house-made aioli
and wild arugula.

Dip in the aioli and eat the entire fish.

Who can’t resist a Deviled Egg?

AND it’s topped with chicken chicharron.

Lamb Rillette

Served with giardineira (pickled vegetables).
BTW, the bread was delicious!

Peas & Radish

Served with a combination of fresh and charred sugar peas, two kinds of radishes, goat’s cheese, and chervil.

This was a really good balanced dish!

Slow Cooked Squash

This was to complement our next dish
and my favorite of the night...

Pork Chop

With pickled green tomato relish and jus.

Our server suggested that we eat the rib first,
but to me it didn’t make a difference, This Pork was that good!  Each slice was salty, sweet, smokey, fatty, tender, and juicy.  There was some crunchy bits which gave the dish texture too.

Afterward, I found out that Chef Joshua smokes the pork in their own smoker and hence the smokey flavor.

Market Tart

Tonight was a Lemon Tart
drizzled with balsamic vinegar
and served with a meringue.

It was a nice finish to a great meal!

Sit at the counter overlooking the kitchen

I’ve always liked this type of concept, casual with shareable small plates.  I found each dish to be balanced and the proteins cooked perfectly.

This is a great addition to Echo Park/Silver Lake
and a restaurant that I will be returning to again.
